• If an internet connection is lost during a game and the result has already been determined, that result will be considered valid.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension by 12bdt

12bdt may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Participation in prohibited activities listed in Section 7
• Failure to provide requested documents for verification within the specified time
• Providing false identity or information
• Direction from legal or regulatory authorities

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by notifying our support team. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus balances will be forfeited at the time of account closure.
